NEW! for 2014:  The HARP is a Heritage Guides localized - virtual interpretive marker program:  Our efforts are designs to support local Civic Education.  Our objective is to increasing awareness of our local cultural heritage, provide an educational resource, and enhance the economic value of tourism opportunities.  

Yes, the HARP also helps showcase the Clay County Traveling Parade of Flags.

This program geared to connect virtual learning with actual locations.

This INTERPRETIVE - Information, Culture, Heritage, and Historical Marker/Signage Program is not subject to federal or state regulations and is in line with free enterprise.  We collaborate with others such as the AA Propane, Kindred Hospital, Penney Retirement Community, Clay County Archives, Calvary Baptist Church, Flaming Island Business Park,and Military Museum of North Florida to name a few.
